Anthony received a dual degree from the University of Michigan in Viola Performance and Movement Science, as well as a certification in Personal Training through the American Council on Exercise. He has held numerous principal orchestral positions and been awarded in competitions at the local, national, and international level. Previous teachers include Kurt Sassmanshaus, Yizhak Schotten, and Dave Harding. As a member of the Infinitus String Quartet, Anthony has been featured on CBC and performed for movie soundtracks and commercials. In 2006, the Infinitus String Quartet was nominated for two major Canadian awards, a Leo (Best Musical Score) and a Gemini (Best Original Score) for a 2005 soundtrack to The Score.
